Recommendations for Parents/Guardians

In order to ensure the best education of your child, maximum co-operation between parents/guardins and the school authorities is desired.

If you feel that your child does not make the desired progress, the principal should be contacted.

We recommend that parents/guardians check the school diary of their child regularly and enforce regularity and discipline at home and does the assigned home work.Remark made in the diary should be seen and countersigned.

As your child advances in age, guide him/her to become a resourceful and useful member of home and country. Encourage self help for work and study. He/She should be taught to keep the room tidy, make his/her own bed, polish his/her shoes and carry his/her own bag etc. The cultivation of such habits early in life inculcate in him/her the dignity for work and a fundamental personal virtue necessary for a successful career in life.

Parent-Teacher meeting must be attended by the parents/guardians. Intimation will be given through the diary.

Changes in the address or telephone numbers of the parents/guardians shall be intimated to the school authority in writing.

When students are taken on tours/picnics or excursions at most care will be taken of their safety. However the authorities take up no responsibility for any outward incident which may take place on such occasions.

Note : Parents/ Guardians/ Visitors are not allowed to enter the classroom and meet the students and interview their teachers during school hours. In case of an urgent need for meeting the students or teacher, the principal is to be contacted.
Complaint, if any should be made to the principal in writing and not to the class-teacher.
